HORIZON is a data-driven salary intelligence platform developed by Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) to support competitive compensation decisions in the aviation sector. The system provides predictive salary distributions for airport operations positions, enabling informed hiring and budgeting decisions.
